Chapter 13 is a form of debt relief. It is not in good faith to file solely for the purpose of forestalling a foreclosure sale. One can re-file a dismissed case, however, with repeat filings there are limitations on the application of the automatic stay. You need to consult with an attorney in your location to determine if bankruptcy is a viable and advisable option for you.

It's worth the cost.
