Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I Have Filed Chapter 7 But ?

I have recently filed chapter 7. I have asked my paralegal to exempt a 9 year old car in my name but he forgot. I have nothing to hide (401, IRA),When I appear, will they ask if I hid this asset & then liquidate it. The car is 9 years old, but not listed. Is this a problem I can avoid?

not a major problem

Just file amended schedules declaring the car and citing the proper exemption. It happens all the time.
