Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I filed a chapter 7 on Thursday and my bank put a freeze on my accounts. I owe a credit card in their name. What is the fastest way to get the freeze lifted? I am in California and I was told by a lawyer that my cash would be protected. Please advise.
Thank you!

You could file a motion in the BK court against the bank for violating the automatic stay.
