The attorney who handles your BK will be able to advise you. In general, 20 year old debts aren't legally collectible or reportable to credit reporting agencies, but they will still be worth listing in your BK. If you remember the names of the companies or banks the attorney you retain will be able to look them up.

You might get a free copy of your credit report from http://www.annualcreditreport.com . That will show you at least the debts that are being reported.
