Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I'm filing bandruptsy and I do have some additional 20 year old depts in addition to my current ones, how do I find out tha important info regarding my old debts --I don't have any records of them.

The attorney who handles your BK will be able to advise you. In general, 20 year old debts aren't legally collectible or reportable to credit reporting agencies, but they will still be worth listing in your BK. If you remember the names of the companies or banks the attorney you retain will be able to look them up.

You might get a free copy of your credit report from http://www.annualcreditreport.com . That will show you at least the debts that are being reported.
