Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I am considering filing for a chapter 7 however my BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing) which equals $30,000 a year because of the high cost of living in Southern California added to my base pay places me over the threshold by the Means Test by about 15K. Is this supposed to be calculated into my pay for the Means Test purposes?

I don't know exactly what a "BAH" is, but if that's money you receive and it's not social security, then yes it gets included in the means test calculations.
