Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I am filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have two properties, I live in one and my son lives in the other, however both loans are in my name. Will I lose

my second property tht my son lives in if i file chapter 13? Also, if I can keep both properties, can I strip the second from my primary residence?

If the property where you live would be upside down with just the 1st, yes absolutely you can strip the 2nd, and also cram down the property your son lives in. Just don't do it yourself.
