Filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13

Is it possible for you to file Chapter 7 on some items and Chapter 13 on say a car loan or lease?

Filing Ch. 7 and Ch. 13

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean filing them at the same time? That's not possible. It also wouldn't make any sense. You can file a ch.7 first and then a Ch. 13 or vice versa depending on what your income and expenses are and a number of other factors.
