Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I have lost my house. I live in CA and I already know that there is no repercussion's with my first mortgage as I already spoke with them. But, I have a 2nd loan and I have not heard a word from them as of yet. We left our house at the end of May 08. What are they going to do to me? I am trying hard to pay bills. I can't file bkrsy because I have an inheritance and I can't risk losing that. Please get back to me on this. I can't even sleep.

If when you say you lost your house you mean that the first mortgagee foreclosed, the foreclosure has wiped out the second deed of trust. I will be glad to discuss this further with you. David Burkenroad
