Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

financial problems

I have 80-90K of debt and I work in real estate (nothing coming in). I will be getting a new job in November however, it may not be enough. Is there any way to stay out of BK?

I you have $80,000 in debt and you don't want to file for bankruptcy, you can wait until a creditor sues you. In the meantime you can negotiate with your creditors, including threatening to file bankrupcy. I will be glad to help you otherwise. David Burkenroad
