Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Where can I find

I have been served with a banruptcy notice and am told to reply using using the correct form.

I cannot find any forms that might apply.

Also I was told that free legal advice is available, but this page keeps coming up as not available?

If you were served with a Notice of Voluntary Chapter 7 Filing (No Assets), then typically there is nothing to do. If you were sent a notice of potential assets and on the reverse a claim form, then you should complete the form and return it. Feel free to provide me with more information directly.
