Fines
My license was suppended due to failure to pay fines.Those fines are now in collections can i file bankruptcy on them?

You didn't mention what type of fines these are, but court ordered fines can be held nondischargeable in a chapter 7 proceeding under � 523(a)(7).
If your "fines" are for something else, like private property parking fines, you will be likely able to discharge them.
