For your sake, I hope that they do violate the court imposed automatic stay - they'll get their butts kicked by the Bankruptcy Court. If you filed a Chapter 13 with an attorney, bring this to his or her attention. You can seek redress for their failure to heed the automatic stay in Court, but its generally too complicated to do if you filed Pro Per. If you filed Pro Per, you need to contact a bankruptcy attorney in your area immediately. If not, call your attorney right away.
