If my future wife files before we get merried
if my future wife files for bankruptcy before we get married and do not have a hearing, would my assest and income be taken into consideration?

I'm not sure what hearing you're referring to, but if she files a Ch. 7 before you get married, then your income is not relevant. Make sure she makes it known to her attorney for disclosure reasons to make sure all the possible ramifications are discussed.
