Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I am a general contractor. I built a room addition 3 years ago. I completed my Ch 7 BK 2 years ago. My customer discovered a flaw in the room addition 6 months ago. Will my BK get rid of the customer's lawsuit against me?

Legal Answers No, you will need to petition the court to re-open the case and add the customers claim.
