Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
my grandmother wants to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy, however for the last 30 years her only source of income has been social security benefits and ihn that time she has never paid her income taxes. Can she still qualify for a chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge?

her taxes are not dischargeable, if that's what you're asking, but she should be eligible to file Chapter 7 and discharge other debts.
