Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Handling of Complaint Cases by Creditors

I am a creditor in a bankruptcy case. I filed a

complaint not to discharge the debtors from their

debts from me on the last day of filing for one. After two weeks, I received a notification that the bankruptcy case is closed but I haven't any court action on my complaint yet. When I ask the case manager, I was told that: 1) they normally do that because the complaint is a different case; 2) nothing is happening with my complaint because I should do "something", an action that she cannot tell me because she said that she cannot give any legal advise; and 3)there is no legal adviser similar to that provided by the Small Claims Court.

My Questions Are:

1. What reference materials can I use to see a

step by step procedure for handling creditor

complaint cases from start to finish?

2. Where are questions-and-answers forums

regarding the rights of creditors and how

can "creditors fight back"?

3. Where can I find attorneys that work with

creditors and/or who gives legal consultation

only service? (Searching through the yellow

pages, it appears to be that all those

attorneys work for the debtors only.)

Thank You.

I represent creditors. If the bankruptcy case you filed your adversary in is located in the Los Angeles area, and you would like a consultation, give me a call and we can see what can be done.
