Probably not. It depends on what equity you have in it, what you owe and what kind of bankruptcy you file. More information is needed. I have never had a client lose a house in a bankruptcy.

Whether or not you can keep your house in a bankruptcy is a function of the equity in the house, exemptions you have available, whether you are current in your payments, and a number of other factors.
