house has lien what form to file for chapter 7

I am in the process of filing chapter 7 BK. As I understand I need to do additional paperwork to get the lien removed from my property. What forms or motion I need to do for that?

You need to do a Motion to Avoid a Lien under 11 U.S.C. 522(f)of the Bankruptcy Code. You can find these statutory forms on your district bankruptcy court web site.
