Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Indiana disposition
Can a California resident give his disposition in an Indiana bankruptcy court case by video conference or must he travel and be present in the state of Indiana to give his disposition

Re: Indiana disposition
Video conferencing is an ideal solution, rather than forcing a non-party to travel to snowy and cold Indiana. (I lived there for a couple of years.) It also can be done by telephone. If they insist that you appear, you can have a lawyer specially appear before the Indiana BK court to quash or modify the subpoena so that you do not face undue hardship. The rule of thumb is that a witness cannot be compelled to travel more than 100 miles to attend the deposition.
One other way is for the attorneys to travel to CA to take your deposition in person.
