which one?

I am an individual that needs to file bankrupcy mostly with credit card companies. Do I file a Chapter 7 or a 13?

It depends on a lot of other factors that just how much debt you have, including the type of assets you own and your income, marital status, etc. The decision should be made after consultation with a qualified bankrutpcy attorney.

More information is needed to determine if you should file chapter 7 or chapter 13. For example, whether or not you are employed, your marital status, the amount and type of debt owed, the nature and value of your assets, and additional variables are all deciding factors for your individual situation.
