Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Ironic......repossessions

It's ironic that some asked about someone reporssessing a computer. I have the same problem, however there's a problem, I sold one computer and the other one is broken. They are both over 2years old also. What do you do in that case when the creditor asks to the probery back? If they ask for it back since computers get outdated after six months it seems

Give 'em the broken one if they're so insistent (after you've wiped out all of your personal info from the hard drive, of course), and let them know where the other one is. Tell them the first one is broken, and see if they still want it.
