Joint accounts
I am divorcing my husband.He is not cooperating with paying the bills.I want to file bankruptcy but I don't know if I can file for me on our joint accounts and our foreclosed home.

One can file a bankruptcy for oneself. Your attorney would want to know if you're separated, whether there's a marital property agreement, info about the foreclosed home, etc.
If you were to receive a discharge in BK, he would be liable for the accounts.
