Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Joint Bank Accounts
I am considering filing for bankruptcy however my partner and I have 2 joint checking accounts, all other bills are in my name. Will filing have any effect on him or cause any problems with the accounts?

You have to list all checking and bank accounts where you are a signatory on the bankruptcy form.
