Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I got a judgement in small claims court for $3600 and never got paid. I had a lien on all his properties through the courts but now this person has since declaired bankruptcy chapter 13. I have recieved a letter from bankruptcy court stating the trustee's final report and account. In this letter it has a list of "scheduled creditors" there are several companies and banks listed with amount owed. I am also listed amoung the list of scheduled creditors, it is listed like this: Class Unsecured,
Claim Scheduled $3565.00, Claim asserted NA, Claim Allowed NA, Principal paid 0.00 Interested paid 0.00 does this mean I am not getting paid or that I am. I don't understand this letter. thank you
