Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Judgements, that are not attached to property
I am filing chapter 7, and only seem to have on question at this time. I have two (2) judgements. one is for me alone prior to current marrage (no property attached, or liens filed) and one that is while married to current wife and father-in-law is co-signer, there has been no property leins on this judgement either. Question do I put these on Schedule F-Creditors holding unsecured nonpriorty claims or under non secured priority claims?
Thanks for your help Rick

Re: Judgements, that are not attached to property
Unless they fall into one of the enumerated categories listed in Schedule "E", they would go on Schedule "F" (unsecured non-priority).
