Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
judgements
I need to file for bankruptcy but cannot afford to do it until the end of the month. I am concerned about judgements. What are these? I have not paid one of my credit cards for a few months so am wondering if that bank will file a judgement before I can file. i am also concerned that it will somehow affect my student loan which I am approved to get at the end of the month. I tried looking up freq asked ?'s and it did not come up.

Do not be afraid of judgments...they get wiped off through bankruptcy
