judgment debt
the term of judgment is 10 years. what happen after 10 years, will the creditor just need to renew it or it will expire?

Thanks for your posting. Yes, the creditor needs to renew a judgment or it will expire. So, to answer your question, "what will happen", it depends on what the creditor does-- if he or she renews it, it still exists, but if they do not, it will expire.

I'm not sure which creditor you are referring to, but if they do not renew it, yes it will expire.
