Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I have judgment against someone who filled for chapter 7 ( No asset). What are the chances I get my money. I do not have any lien on her house.as much as I know there are 2 more judgments from small calim agianst her.

If you can't prove fraud or intentional injury to you, your chances of recovering money are zero to none, unfortunately.
