I have a judgment for fraud against a party that just filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. do i need to file form for non-dischargeable? california
where can i find form? form #

What you need is called an "adversary complaint" to be filed in bankruptcy court, and you won't be able to do it yourself. I do these all the time, please call if interested.
