Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
my landlord can end my lease if i file bankcruptcy
I am going to file bankcruptcy,does my landlord have the right to finish my lease,if yes can I have problem
finding another place to live, what can I do about it
note: I have a month to month lease.

I don't know what you mean by "finish my lease". If you mean terminate your lease due solely to filing the bankruptcy, the answer is "no". If you are behind in rent payments, that is a different story.
