Laon repay responsibilities
I made a cash loan to a friend. Legal documents were drawn and he started making monthly payments. Recently he filed for chap 7 bankruptcy and is no longer making monthly payments as the bankruptcy judgement has dictated. Do I have any recourse for collecting on the balance of the loan still owed me?

Not unless the loan was secured by some collateral.
