Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

My lawyer violated civil code 2945.4 he is being investigated by the "Chief Trial Counsel", he has implemented another law firm in Florida whom I had no business with can I sue him after the chief trial finds him guilty? P.S. He wasn't licensed to practice chapter 13 and or 7.
