Length of time Bankruptcy is on record
I declared a personal Chapter 7 in February of 1990 in the County of Los Angeles. I was under the impression at the time, that the length of time it would be on my record was 7 years. I know that a few years later they raised the length of time to 10 years. What is the length of time my bankruptcy will be on my credit reports?
