Length of time bankruptcy is on record
I just want to know how long do credit bureaus keep bankruptcy on file. Mine was discharged in 1997 and this year it would be my 7th year. Can I get that removed or do I have to wait?

they can report it for up to 10 years from the date your case was filed.
