Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
List of Creditors
I filed bankruptcy in 1999. I forgot to include one of my creditors on the list. I told my attorney and he said that was ok. As long as I have not paid them anything since the bankruptcy, it was covered. He referred to ''the Beasley Law''. I can not find anything in reference to a ''Beasley Law''. Do you have any information?

Re: List of Creditors
The attorney was referring to a case named In re Beezley 994 F2d 1433 (9th Cir) 1993 which says (in short)that if the case was a no asset case and the debt was a dischargeable debt, the fact that it was not listed does not change the result that the debt is discharged.
