Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Who to list as Creditors
When listing debts to be discharged, do I list the original person or business owed? Or, do I list the collection agency the business has hired to try to collec the debts.
Thank you.

Re: Who to list as Creditors
It is best to list everybody you can as a precaution. The more parties you list the more you are protected from and the less chance of aggravation and problems in the future. Notice is one of the most important features of bankruptcy, thus the more who know, the more you are protected from.
