Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I live in CA, and fighting to keep my home from forclosure and have a bancruptcy pending. The mortgage company turned down my default resolution request and to open up the process again for consideration they said refile your I and J form in your bancruptcy (paid off my car and my wife is in the final process of getting a job) it could qualify me. I also have HELOC and that is on my bancruptcy but unsure if it's included. Checked my credit and it shows that its on there but on the Bancruptcy i thought i left it off? How do i file the I and J forms and where 2) how do I find out if my HELOC is included in my Bancruptcy?

Sorry to say that you are way over your head in trying to handle the case yourself and if keeping your house is so important, as it should be, then you really need to get a lawyer to help you. If you cannot afford one then seek someone or organization that can help you free or low cost. Based on the questions you are asking it is clear that you do not understand enough to be representing yourself. There are lots of deadlines that are extremely important to keep and you cannot afford to waste time becoming an expert on bankruptcy and loan modification. Good luck.....
