Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
the loan company will not pick up or take back a motorcycle that has been surrendered in a chapter 7 bankruptcy....what can i do to get the lein holder to release the lein to the motorcycle?

If you do not wish to keep the motorcycle with a lien then you should continue to try to call the loan money to get them to pick up the motorcycle.
If they still do not pick up the motorcycle you can consider making an offer to the loan company in exchange for releasing the lien on the motorcycle. The loan company is not required to remove the lien on the motorcycle unless you have satisfied the loan. You can try to offer them a settlement in exchange for releasing the lien on the motorcycle.
