That's up to your attorney as to how long it takes to file.

A bankruptcy can be filed as soon as the next day after you've given your attorney the information. As a practical matter, it may take a few days to get the documents prepared, and often an attorney will need more information from the client before preparing the papers.

The phone calls should stop as soon as creditors get notice that the bankruptcy has been filed with the court, which could be as soon as you tell them the case number, or could take about 2 weeks for them to get notice from the court.
