The money will be returned to you except what was distributed to creditors, your attorney for the fee and the trustee for his/her commission. If the case is dismissed before confirmation you should get it all back.

If the court has confirmed your plan, the trustee will pay the money to the creditors is accordance with the terms if your plan. If the court has not entered a confirmation order yet, the payments will usually be returned to you.
