Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

help

to make a long storie short i recieved my home back from my ex to have it in foreclosure/ this being the second time I need to know is there anything i could do to stop the sale of my home today. Please if ther is a solution i need it this is all I have left. I was wonderindg can guick deed it .

You can make a deal with the lender..make the payments, etc. Filing Chaper 13 just to avoid foreclosure only...I do not recommend but if you have other debts and having trouble paying them...then BK would be okay!!!
