Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Marriage and Bankruptcy
I am looking to get married, however my guy has a bankruptcy and has defaulted on his student loans. He has never paid on his student loans and plans to file for bankruptcy once again. He is unemployed, so no one can garnish wages from him. How does his credit mess effect my credit if we get married? I own a home and don't want to loose it if I get married to him.

I would enter into a prenuptial agreement.
