I miss my court date for chapter 13 bankruptcy. Can I refile again

You can file Chapter 13 as many times as you like. You have to take counseling and pay again. The second time within a year the automatic stay only lasts 30 days unless you file a motion to extend it. The third time there is no automatic stay.
