Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Do mobil home parks consider bankruptsy in space rental?

If I file bankruptsy and still pay space rent, can they

kick me out for reasons not pertaining to their codes or rules? My old room mate caused trouble with the managers I never was made aware of (either because notices were not given or it was verbal)the final decision. Will filing delay or can it delay eviction?

Filing a bankruptcy causes an automatic stay to be entered against all your creditors. So, if you file bankruptcy before a judgment is entered, your unlawful detainer case will be put on hold for a short while. The attorney for the landlord will probably request relief from the bankruptcy stay which is almost always granted. Filing for bankruptcy right after you receive an eviction notice can be considered a bad faith filing. There are other ways to handle an eviction which are lawful and not considered to be in bad faith, and which could give you the time you need to find another place to live.
