Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I have a motion for relief from the automatic stay from one of my creditors. I spoke with the lawyer who is asking for the property back with no objection from me, There is a court date. Do I need to show to court event hough I gave info on where to pick up the property?

If you do not show up at the hearing date, the motion will be granted. Since you have no objection to the Relief from Stay, no need to show up.

I wouldn't tell you not to show up. But my experience has been, as Ms. Cho suggests, that if you don't show up the motion most likely will be granted.
