How to obtain copy of discharge papers
I filed for Bankruptcy in Sep. of 2003 in California. I have not received any discharge information concerning my case. I have moved from Sacramento to San Diego. I am unaware of whom to contact to obtain these documents or even how to know what if any debts were discharged. Who can I contact? And What it the process? Do I have to travel to Sacramento for this or handle it here in San Diego? Thank you.
