Obtaining College Transcripts

I attended a University for one semester based on them filing for financial aid, which they failed to do. I emphatically stated that I would not be able to attend if I was not able to use financial aid. Gave a deposit and attended based on their assurance that the financial aid would not be a problem. I finished the first course (5 Weeks)and signed up for the next course. After attending I found out that they did not file for my financial aid due to a technical problem they were having but neglected to notify students. I was withdrawn from that course after attending class sessions which they charged for but had received an A in the previous course. They sent me a bill for balance due. I, subsequently had to file bankruptcy due to health problems and included them. Will I be able to obtain my transcripts from this University?

Yes, you should. Cases hold that if they withhold the transcripts in order to "force" payment it would be a violation of post bankruptcy discharge injunction.
