Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I am a part of class action law suits in Nevada, but I had to file bankrupcy already in California (law suits in Nevada have been pending a couple years), I disclosed the pending class action I was a part of to the bk trustee when filing, they have since closed my bk a month ago. My Nevada cases are just now starting to settle out for some recovery, am I entitled to any of this money? I still have pain and suffering and losses not covered, just because I filed bk on my other debt. ?? Help
