I am in partnership with 2 of my sons. One is thinking about filing personal bankruptcy. Will the partnership be responsible for his debts? Can his creditors come after the business?

Re: Partner filing personal bankruptcy
The partnership will be responsible for your son's partnership debts, but not his personal debts. Partners are liable for any partnership obligations. Your son's creditors can come after the partnership business only to the extent that they are creditors of the partnership.
